Diptyque Eau de Capitale fragrance: This is quite possibly one of the best fragrances Diptyque has launched in years. Every time I wear it, everyone wants to know what it is. Sexy but super chic. If you love Frederic Malle’s Portrait of a Lady, you’ll love this.

Mesotherapy with Dr Dray: Everyone is having work done these days but I think there is a lot you can do to keep your skin looking its best without going down the injectables route. Well that’s my philosophy anyway - hence I love mesotherapy. It pumps a cocktail of vitamins, minerals and hyaluronic acids into the skin via lots of teeny needles (your skin is numbed beforehand so it’s not painful). You leave with glowing skin that is plumper, smoother and clearer.

Sister & Co Bath Oils: How often does one get to have a bath? I certainly don’t do it as often as I should - showers are quicker. When I do indulge in a bath, I love adding oils. The bath soaks from Sister & Co, a brilliant sustainable brand, wonderful. Rosa - a blend of jasmine, rose, grapefruit and almond oil is my favourite.

StretchLAB: I carry so much tension in my shoulders and back so I love this treatment. They literally stretch out all your knotted muscles and improve your flexibility. Brilliant concept - a no brainer for stressed out urbanites.

Avestan fragrance: I’ve long stopped wearing scents that are traditionally ‘feminine’ and much prefer something smoky and leathery. Like this wonderfully mysterious scent from the founder of The Ordinary. There is added mystery because the ingredients are a secret. But that’s unimportant. All you need to know is that it smells utterly divine.

Eve Lom Signature Facial (90minutes): Ever since it shifted a stubborn blackhead that had lodged itself in my cheek for months, I have had a love-in with Eve Lom Facials. It is now my unofficial new year treatment because kicking off a new year with pores so clean you could eat off them is not such a bad thing.

La Mer Foundation: Three times a year - Jan, May and September - I reevaluate my foundation choices and add a new one to the mix. I am currently loving La mer’s foundation. It is a soft matte, has lovely skin care properties and doesn’t decompose or oxidise before the end of play.

Microblading with Suman: Brushing on or pencilling in brows feels like an utter waste of time - I find it such a drag. I much prefer to go to Suman who gives me the brows I’ve always dreamed of (using a fine needle and ink technique) that looks super realistic and lasts for a year. It saves me so much time in the morning.

Nail Art at TownHouse: Having my nails done is one treatment that I never make enough time for - I feel lost without the use of my hands to respond to an email or read or do something. But you know, sometimes, being freed from doing is a good thing. Townhouse provides such a serene environment and they also have great nail art that is beautiful and never tacky.

Infrared Sauna at Glow Bar: I once wrote that the most valuable commodity for me is silence. If you are looking for where you can go at the drop of a hat to experience that - with added beauty and wellness benefits - head to Glow Bar. Their infrared saunas are essentially individual hot pods that detox the skin, increase circulation, lower your cortisol levels and help you have a good night sleep. And it’s all done in silence. Heaven.
